All NEW customers are required to complete a full Medical Assessment at least 48 hours before any BOTOX treatments are administered.
This can be completed via Zoom or FaceTime at your convenience. The consultation enables us to assess your medical suitability and ensure that our treatments are a safe option for you.
We work exclusively with FDA approved products and our BOTOX is strictly prescription only - please allow a week for processing with our Pharmacy.
A BOTOX Medical Questionnaire can also be downloaded in advance, completed and returned via email.
A £25 deposit is asked for all pre-bookings. This secures your Dermal Fillers and or BOTOX prescription and is fully refundable against your treatments.
